एक समर्पित अनुसंधान परिषद के रूप में, हमारा पाठ्यक्रम केवल शैक्षणिक नहीं है—इसे वैज्ञानिक प्रमाणों के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। हमारे प्रत्येक व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम को कठोर डेटा और नैदानिक अनुसंधान का समर्थन प्राप्त है, जो यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि हमारे स्नातकों को प्राप्त प्रमाण-पत्र अपनी गुणवत्ता और पेशेवर निष्ठा के लिए राष्ट्रव्यापी पहचान रखे।
संवैधानिक आधार:

1.इस परिषद का संचालन भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 29 एवं 30(1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शैक्षिक एवं सांस्कृतिक अधिकारों के संरक्षण में किया जाता है। जिसकी (पंजीकरण संख्या )[133] है

2.राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण (NHA): यह परिषद राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण के साथ पंजीकृत/संबद्ध है, जो भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के तहत एक प्रमुख शाखा है। (पंजीकरण संख्या) [IN 0911615563]

3.आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन (ABDM): यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि परिषद ‘हेल्थ फैसिलिटी रजिस्ट्री’ (HFR) के अंतर्गत सूचीबद्ध है। यह भारत सरकार के आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन के तहत स्वास्थ्य पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को डिजिटल रूप से एकीकृत करने की एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।

4.परिषद नीति आयोग (NITI Aayog) भारत सरकार के नीति आयोग के ‘NGO-दर्पण’ पोर्टल पर विधिवत पंजीकृत है (पंजीकरण संख्या): [UP/2025/0932537] जो राष्ट्र निर्माण में परिषद् की सहभागिता को दर्शाता है।

5.परिषद् का MSME पंजीकरण: एक व्यावसायिक एवं पेशेवर संदर्भ निकाय के रूप में, यह संस्थान सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय (MSME), भारत सरकार के अधीन पंजीकृत है, जिसकी (पंजीकरण संख्या):[UDHYAM-UP-02-0105213]है जो परिषद् की प्रशासनिक और व्यावसायिक वैधता की पुष्टि करता है

National Standards And Institutional:

As a dedicated research council, our curriculum is not merely academic—it has been meticulously designed based on scientific evidence. Each of our vocational courses is underpinned by rigorous data and clinical research, ensuring that the credentials earned by our graduates command nationwide recognition for their quality and professional integrity.
Constitutional Basis:

1.This Council operates under the protection of the educational and cultural rights granted by Articles 29 and 30(1) of the Constitution of India. Its (Registration Number) is [133]

2.National Health Authority (NHA): This Council is registered/affiliated with the National Health Authority, a premier body operating under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. (Registration Number): [IN 0911615563].

3.Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM): It is certified that the Council is listed under the ‘Health Facility Registry’ (HFR). This represents a pivotal initiative under the Government of India’s Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission aimed at digitally integrating the healthcare ecosystem.

4.The Council is duly registered on the ‘NGO-Darpan’ portal of NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India), Government of India (Registration Number): [UP/2025/0932537], thereby signifying the Council’s active participation in nation-building.

5.Council’s MSME Registration: As a vocational and professional reference body, this institution is registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. Its (Registration Number): [UDHYAM-UP-02-0105213] serves to validate the Council’s administrative and operational legitimacy
