1. The Council is established under Articles 29 and 30(1) of the Constitution of India.
2. Also by the National Health Authority, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
3. This is to certify that the Council is registered in the Health Facility Registry (HFR). The registration has been done by the Mission Director, National Health Authority, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
4. Promoted by the National Institute for Transforming Ministry of Planing Government of India
5. The Business/Professional Reference Council is also an MSME-Registered Entity. It is an Administrative Ministry Under the Government of India.
